Being a Minnesota-born girl (where mosquitoes are the state bird) I've got to say this post is making me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. "I imagine soaking myself in gasoline and setting myself ablaze would have been the only thing that could have kept them at bay." If that doesn't make a girl's skin crawl with the remembering, I don't know what does.... eeeeeeeeeeeek!!!
